Experience
Cris has been a Director with the firm since 2010 and holds approximately 15 years of combined experience in both public accounting and private business. Cris’ experience includes managing audits and consulting engagements at an international firm and a large regional firm as a Manager and Associate Director, respectively. Cris has significant experience in the areas of auditing and assurance, merger and acquisition assistance and consulting to private (domestic and international) and publicly traded companies (SEC and International markets), real estate development, construction (residential and commercial), hospitality, retail, investment funds, healthcare, manufacturing, distribution, professional services, insurance and technology. Cris’ experience includes preparing and reviewing financial statements in accordance with standards prescribed under US GAAP, IFRS and the PCAOB.
In addition, Cris has provided and assisted in litigation consulting services. His experience includes determination of procedures to be performed, evaluation of findings and providing commentary on interpretations of FASB, AICPA and other authoritative guidance. Cris’ areas of experience also include audit malpractice, post acquisition disputes, proof of lost profits, contract damages, construction claims, tracing and apportionment of assets and other areas of forensic accounting.
