Experience
Steve Picha is a Director with the firm and holds over 20 years of experience in public accounting. Steve’s experience includes tax planning, consulting and compliance for corporations, partnerships, individuals and estates and trusts for clients in various industries including professional service, real estate, construction, wholesale and retail industries. Steve is also a member of a select group of CPAs nationwide that have attained the Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) designation from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Steve is also the firm’s leader in providing valuation and litigation consulting services having practiced in these disciplines for the past 15 years. His experience includes economic damages, loss of profits, breach of contract, personal injury, wrongful death, construction claims, divorce, tracing and apportionment of assets and other areas of forensic accounting. He has been involved in numerous business valuation engagements for use in the potential sale of a business, litigation matters, estate and gift tax, and buy-sell agreements. He also provided expert testimony in Circuit and Federal Courts.
