
Experience
Fred holds approximately 50 years of experience in public accounting and has been a Principal of the firm since 1962. Fred has extensive experience in corporate and individual taxation, business transactions for closely held businesses, financial and estate planning for high income professionals and their families and IRS representation. Fred assists clients with retirement and estate planning by working with families in the proper planning of their estate in order to protect assets, minimize exposure to taxes and make provisions for beneficiaries that accomplish the families’ intentions. In addition, Fred also acts as trustee/fiduciary of family trusts based on his intimate knowledge of the family’s affairs and intentions. Fred’s extensive industry experience includes hotel operations, health care, professional services and not-for-profit clients. Fred’s work with not-for-profit clients and private foundations includes assisting in the preparation of the organization’s application for exempt status, planning and monitoring the organization’s ongoing compliance. In addition, Fred is active in the South Florida community and participates as a member of the Board of Directors and audit committees for several civic and community organizations.

Fred and his wife Nancy have four children and seven grandchildren. Fred likes to spend his time out of the office traveling with family and attending Miami Dolphin football games.
